Did you create any virtual environment to install your library?

And what does it show after you use “pip install” or “conda install” the scikit-learn

Hi,
I am trying to install the scikit-image, and scikit-learn library on the server. But I am unable to use the function in the library after installing it, I did not encounter any problem with any other library. Is there any way I could fix this?
