Below are some info and link from the VIP meeting happened on 11 August 2023.

VIP start date: August 22, 2023 (Tuesday)
Location:

  *   APPS (ARMS 1028, 4:30 PM) , around 10 people
  *   IPA ( ARMS 1021, 5:30 PM), around 16 people
Helper list:

  *   Sriram, Kratika, Alain-1, Amit, Yue, Chad(till mid semester), Robert (Professor need to confirm about him),
  *   can borrow some of Prof. Zhu students too

  *   send project ideas/suggestion to update previous project by Tuesday next week (refer version 2.5 mentioned below to see latest project ideas)

  *   Robert can present how a typical milestone/goal deadlines can be set for avoiding last day nothing works presentation
  *   Professor will check about the new pedestrian analysis project , may need RCR training and involve some complexity
  *   I believe every Helper has completed FERPA training and it is valid till end of semester
