[S-4800-list] Ar valve of SPI_sputter_coater

Hi, s-4800 users,

If you do not need to use the SPI_sputter_coater, ignore this e-mail.

When I try to use the SPI_sputter_coater this afternoon, I found that the gas valve of Ar cylinder is left at fully opened position. After your coating, please close the gas valve to save the Ar gas.
