[S-4800-list] HV problem of SEM

Hi, All S-4800 users,

In last 2 days, 2 users reported that the HV turned off automatically during the operation. I checked the SEM but everything looks fine. So I am wondering whether  the LN2 run out. Please check the LN2 even you are not the 1st user of the day.

If the HV automatically turned off again, please report to coral, and I will contact the service engineer.
