[S-4800-list] Problem with vacuum in the chamber

Hello,

This afternoon, during taking an image, suddenly the HV turned off automatically and an error message popped up indicating a loss of vacuum in the chamber and thus an automatic shutdown of HV. 

After that, the HV can not be turned on and also during the sample exchange, the EVAC process is taking an unusually long time.
