[S-4800-list] SEM not operational

When I came in to use the S-4800 this morning, I could not get an image on
the microscope. The software did not indicate any problems with the
machine. I restarted the software, turned the beam off and on, and tried
different accelerating voltages and currents. I could not get any image
from either the SE detectors or the BSE detector at any of these settings.

Any suggestions?
