Please be aware of the following notices from Purdue Travel:

NOTICES:

***KNOWN ISSUE WITH CONCUR AIRFARE EXPENSE UPDATE***
Concur recently had an update regarding added questions when inputting an Airfare Expense.  We have seen an error occur that did not come up in testing that is preventing submission of some expense reports.  We are working on resolving this and there will be no repercussions to any travelers who may be late in submitting their expense reports due to this error.  We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience and understanding!


*         Upcoming Closures:
o    Thanksgiving Break: November 27-28th
o    Winter Break: December 24th - January 2nd

*         If traveling out of IND, ORD or MDW, consider using our local LAF airport<https://www.purdue.edu/airport/flight/>.  Flights with United Express/SkyWest began August 5th, 2025!
o    Contact AAA Corporate Travel<https://www.purdue.edu/procurement/travel/booking-expenses/travel-provider.php> for any assistance in booking your business travel

*         Remote "Office" Hours:
o    Monday-Friday
o    8am-5pm (closed from 12-1 for lunch)
