msepostdoc-list Reminder: Return MSE Credit Cards & Receipts by December 17th

Hello MSE Department,
As we prepare for winter recess, please plan any remaining credit card purchases ahead of time. All department credit cards, along with their corresponding receipts, must be returned by Wednesday, December 17th.

Please be sure to:

  *
Return the card to an MSE admin (Lisa, Maddi, or Andriana)
  *
Attach or email itemized receipts for all transactions
  *
Clearly note the purpose of the charges (event, course, project, etc.)

Many items can—and should—be ordered through Ariba rather than using a departmental credit card, to be sure we are getting Purdue tax-exempt and contracted pricing. Returning cards and receipts on-time ensures we can submit everything to the business office before campus closes.
