In case you have an incoming post-doc, visiting scholar, etc. needing to find a rental in a decent area, and a decent price, one of our PhD graduate students shared the following info.  I can say that the area of the home for rent, is in a well-established area, a few blocks Lafayette Country Club, north of Lafayette Jefferson HS, and Central Catholic, and a quick easy commute to Purdue and surrounding Lafayette area. Considering a flexible living arrangement for the upcoming semester? As I transition to downtown Indianapolis, I'm offering my house in central Lafayette for rent.

Lease duration and terms will be discussed to ensure a mutually beneficial agreement. The house is fully furnished, featuring a king-sized bed in the main bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. The home will be professionally cleaned prior to your move-in date.

Most pets are welcome! I do ask that we discuss the specifics regarding your pet(s) prior to your move-in date to ensure our expectations are aligned. You'll enjoy a spacious, fully-fenced backyard complete with patio furniture, flowerbeds, and a charming native wildflower garden. All yard equipment/tools will be left in the shed for your use in routine maintenance, or arrangements for professional lawncare can be discussed.
