msepostdoc-list Attention to MSE Conf. Room Reservation Times

Good Afternoon,

As you are painfully aware, MSE ARMS conference rooms and reservations are already very full, and becoming busier as the semester and projects ramp-up.  We've had a few incidents of groups going over their reserved times in conference rooms, with another group reserved and waiting to use the space.  Please pay attention to the posted reservation schedules for each room, and be especially aware of your meeting finish time when someone else needs the space right after your reserved time.  Do not be surprised or offended if someone interrupts your meeting informing you that they have the space.  In addition, if you have reservations, especially recurring meetings, and no longer need the room, please notify Maddi Walsh (mhoverm at purdue.edu<mailto:mhoverm at purdue.edu> / x60460) to cancel as soon as possible.
