Hi MSE Students,
 As a reminder, if you are needing to reserve one of the MSE conference rooms for meetings with a faculty member or group member, MSE uses Outlook to reserve rooms.

Also as a reminder our four conference rooms are:

ARMS 2326 | Fits 24 people (Projector Screen)
ARMS 2237 | Fits 8 people (TV Screen with adapters)
ARMS 2222 | Fits 7 people (TV Screen with adapters)
ARMS B197 | Fits 12 people (No AV! But we do have portable projectors for you to use)

All of our conference rooms close at 5pm unless you are accompanied by a faculty member with the exception of ARMS B197. If you are in one of the three conference rooms (2222, 2237, 2326) at 5pm without a faculty member, we will ask you to leave.

When submitting a request, please put what it is for in the title line. Ex: Prof. ​__ Meeting or Senior Design Group. This helps us understand who is using the room and for what.

We have been notified by AAE staff that they have gotten several room request emails from our students for their rooms, in particular 2119. While you are allowed to request their rooms, they reserve the right to decline or remove your request at any time for any reason, even if they have already accepted it. This is why we highly suggest trying to stay within our conference rooms or looking in to get a classroom.
