We need to get some information to the postdocs in each engineering 
school, and I think you are the people most likely to know how to reach 
them.  The Annual Postdoc Dinner will be held Monday, May 11.  The 
College of Engineering has purchased two tables at the dinner, and 
postdocs and one guest each are invited to attend the dinner free of 
charge – provided that they RSVP in a timely manner.  Would you please 
forward the e-mail below and the attachment to the postdocs in your school?

Hello Postdocs,

We cordially invite you to the 6^th Annual Postdoctoral Association 
Annual dinner *Monday, May 11th*. The PPDA is pleased to announce that 
this year’s event is *free for all postdocs and guests* to attend! Just 
RSVP to Sharyl Neibert (neiberts at purdue.edu 
<mailto:neiberts at purdue.edu>) with your name (and guest name) and which 
College / School / Department you belong to,*no later than May 5^th 
5pm*. There is a limited number of spaces (75), so please do not wait. 
Children are welcome to attend.

The dinner will begin with drinks at 5:30PM and finish with dessert at 
7:30PM Monday, May 11th 2015 in the *West Faculty Lounge of the Purdue 
Memorial Union*. Our guest speaker this year is Prof. and Department 
Head of Statistics Dr. Rebecca Doerge who will share her professional 
journey in academia with us. Her presentation is scheduled for 6:45 PM 
with about 30 minutes for presentation and questions.

This year’s event is free for you to attend through the generous support 
of the *Colleges of* *Agriculture*, *Engineering*, *Veterinary Medicine, 
Science;* *Department of Agronomy, Biochemistry, Botany and Plant 
Pathology, Biological Sciences; School of Aeronautics and Astronautics, 
Mechanical Engineering, Lyles School of Civil Engineering, and Office of 
the Executive Vice President for Research and Partnership*, who have 
agreed to sponsor tables at the Annual Dinner. However, please remember 
that seats are limited so please hurry and RSVP as soon as possible!

Please, join us May 11^th . This is a great chance to meet and network 
with fellow postdocs and senior faculty members so don’t miss the
