    Northwestern Avenue lane shift and parking garage entrance, exit
    availability

The two northernmost vehicle entrances and exits to the Northwestern 
Avenue Parking Garage off of Northwestern Avenue will be closed 
beginning Monday (July 21) for approximately three to four days, weather 
dependent.

During this time the entrances and exits will be rebuilt. The southern 
entrance will remain open until the two northernmost access points are 
complete and then it will be rebuilt. Access to and egress from the 
parking garage will be available via Grant Street.

In order to facilitate this project, the single northbound lane open on 
Northwestern Avenue will shift to provide a work zone along the east 
curb. Motorists and pedestrians should be cautious in the area.
