*Lane Restrictions on State St. (S.R. 26) to Begin Monday, Oct. 24*

Milestone contractors will begin work to patch and resurface areas of 
State Street (S.R. 26) beginning Monday, October 24. The project starts 
three tenths of a mile west of State Road 526 to just under one half 
mile east of US 231 in West Lafayette. Crews will restrict the right 
lane of westbound traffic on S.R. 26 from Northwestern Avenue to 
Marsteller Street. This restriction will last seven to ten days. Weather 
permitting, crews will then move into the eastbound lanes to begin 
patching. They will suspend work over the winter and begin construction 
again on or after April 1, 2012. The project is scheduled for completion 
on August 4, 2012.

*Harrison Parkway* *Update*

Jischke Drive just north of Harrison Street will be open on Monday, 
October 24. When Jischke Drive opens, the intersection of S. Russell 
Street and the Harrison Parkway will close for two days. To access S. 
Russell Street (south of Harrison Street) travelers are asked to use S. 
Martin Jischke Drive (to Harrison St.) via the temporary connection to 
S. Russell Street.

*Intersection of Ahlers and US 231 Update*

The intersection of Ahlers Drive and the new US 231 has reopened under 
the new alignment. Please be mindful of new traffic patterns.
