[MSE-XRD-Admin] Access to XRD facility

Hello,

I would like to get access to the Seimens D500 Diffractometer.  I used 
this machine when it was over in the MSE building but have not used it 
since it was moved to the Armstrong facility, so I am not sure what I 
need to do to regain access to the device.
