Subject: 2026/2027 ME Scholarship Information

Dear Indianapolis and West Lafayette Academic Advising Teams:

I hope that the beginning of the Spring 2026 semester has treated you well.  This email is to advise you that the 2026/2027 ME Undergraduate Scholarship Application is set to open on Monday, February 2nd.

The attached Save the Date flyer will be shared via bulletin boards, social media, on the ME Undergraduate Blog, and in the ME weekly newsletter beginning next week.

The attached Scholarship Flyer 2026 will be distributed beginning on February 2nd and includes a QR code that will link to the scholarship application and a list of Frequently Asked Questions.  The application will close on Friday, March 13th.

I will have printed copies of the Scholarship Flyer 2026 available next week for people to pick up in ME Room 2172.  Please feel free to share with students in advising appointments, as you deem appropriate.
