[Leybold-list] EVAPORATORS ARE DOWN UNTIL MONDAY

Hi to all,
     We are now beginning to restart  the e-beam and thermal evaporation systems .This is a process of warming up pumps and cooling down cryo systems. This will take the weekend before we can begin to put systems back under vacuum and on line.
I will send out emails when each system is brought back on line hopefully Monday.
