[Leybold-list] Source Change requests for Evaporators

Dear All,

Issues regarding unused or delayed-use source changes on the evaporators have continued to arise, so in order to streamline the process and make it fair and equitable to all users we are implementing the following procedure, effective Monday, June 27th:

-         We will honor all source change requests only if the user has a reservation on the system.  This will help ensure that the requested source materials are used as requested.  If a source change is requested without a reservation we will insist that a reservation be made prior to the change.
