[Leybold-list] List of materials currently in the Leybold

Since the displays are down, I would like to send out the current list of materials in the Leybold. They are as follows: Ag, Al, Au, Si, Ta2O5, Al2O3. There is a foil wrapped crucible in the bottom back of the chamber, it contains Ti. If needed, please remove one of the other materials and replace with the Ti crucible.  Please do not switch it with Au. Slot 3 is for Au only.
