[Leybold-list] Source changes in the Leybold

All,
  The Leybold procedure to change sources is now common with the other evaporators.  Effective today January 29th, 2014, if a source change is needed please contact Dave Lubelski Lubelski at purdue.edu<mailto:Lubelski at purdue.edu> , and/or Kenny Schwartz kfschwar at purdue.edu<mailto:kfschwar at purdue.edu>, or Mike Bayless mbayless at purdue.edu<mailto:mbayless at purdue.edu> and one of these staff members will install the source materials. This is the same procedure that was implemented in our Pre-clean meetings several months ago, and now applies to all evaporators.

  A review of the procedure is as follows:

1.      Contact Dave, Mike, or me via email with the subject:  "Source change request"
2.      Request in the body of your message the material you need to have placed in the tool and how soon you need it.

If you need a source change for the weekend please contact us before 12 O'CLOCK NOON ON FRIDAY.

If we do not have your request email before noon on Friday we cannot promise the source will be changed in time for weekend processing.
