[Leybold-list] Emergency shutdown of the Evaporators 4/21

Hi to all,
   Due to an unknown power issue affecting several evaporators, we are going to have to power off all the systems in K-bay and do extensive electrical testing and troubleshooting. This shutdown will begin on Monday, April 21st and may last up to a week on some of the equipment. Please check Coral and your emails for updates.  This shutdown includes the Lesker, CHA, Leybold , PVD, Varian, PVD- Glad, Airco, and Veeco. We will send out an updated list if any other equipment will be included in this shutdown.
