[Leybold-list] system is up and #1 sorption pump

 Hi to  All
    I have completed repairs to the system and it is back on
line.
        The #1 sorption pump is working as long as you
follow these guidelines. Do the full bake out make sure the
plug is in securely  and open it SLOWLY 6-8 TURNS,NOT ALL
THE WAY OPEN . I used it a few minutes ago using this
procedure and pumped the chamber down to 60 millitorr using
it only.
