The Leybold is available for use. Sorption pump #1 is not working. Please let the process vacuum pump the system down to about 80torr. Use #2 sorption pump until the pressure is below 50mt, then switch to the cryo. The system has been tested and works fine. I will fix sorption pump #2 next Tuesday. Dave
