The Leybold will be back online after 3pm on Saturday 7/18/09.  The
hearth assembly has been rebuilt, a new emitter assembly installed and
tested.  Unfortunately the temperature of the cryopump was a little
high.  I will re-start the cryopump in the morning and it will be cold
and ready to use after 3pm.  The system will be in the rough vac stage,
the gate valve will be closed and the cryopump ready to use.
Please make sure to turn the current up SLOWLY when using the power
supply.  Since there is a new emitter assembly, it is taking much less
current than previously.
