The Leybold will available for use at 6pm this evening.  The chamber is
in a roughed state.  Please make sure to close the gate valve completely
when venting the chamber.  To do this:  Close the gate valve until it
gets tight, go an additional 1/4-1/2 turn until you hear/feel a small
pop and the gate valve will get easier to turn.  At this point the gate
valve is open.
