  *   Design Review will take place online entirely
  *   Use the above link to join in the meeting room at least 5 mins in advance.
  *   Please be dressed in something business casual, and make sure you don't have anything inappropriate in your background (use the blur background option if necessary).
  *   Make sure to keep your camera and mic turned on when speaking, but turned off when you're not speaking to avoid background noise while someone else is presenting.

IMPORTANT MID-SEMESTER DELIVERABLES INFO

Missing any of the following will negatively impact your grade. This should be straight forward as long as you've kept up with your notebook. However, contact Pooja or Danielle promptly with questions if you have any after reading this.

List of Deliverables Due Week 6 Friday 02/26/2020 by 11:59 p.m.

  1.  Individual Evaluation Rubric (IER)
     *   IER Template can be found on Brightspace in the content page under the "Outcomes Evaluation(s)" Tab.
     *   Read the "IER_Instructions" document and fill out the appropriate IER template for your grade level.
     *   Outline your accomplishments with detail description and explain why you deserve a certain grade. Mention where in your notebook evidence can be found for your work.
     *   Upload your completed IER by submitting to the Assignment "Individual Evaluation Rubric - Midterm"
  2.  Peer Evaluations (CATME)
     *   To be completed on the CATME website. Check your Purdue email inbox for an invitation to the CATME evaluation. Regardless, you may login with your Purdue email and password on https://www.catme.org/login/<https://purdue.us4.list-manage.com/track/click?u=593b57fc7fffe72c5b100f338&id=57969981b3&e=050dcbc5a4>.
     *   Upload proof of completion (a screenshot will suffice) by submitting to the Assignment "Peer Review - Midterm" on Brightspace.
     *   Please give constructive comments on individuals you have worked with. This should at the very least be all your sub-team members and the project manager.
  3.  Individual Design Notebook (OneNote)
     *   Goals Section - For Each week, list out your INDIVIDUAL Tasks
     *   Work & Accomplishments Section - For each of your Task for each week, provide evidence of your INDIVIDUAL efforts.
     *   Weekly Reflections - Based on your efforts (Individual or Team) and experiences over the week, write a reflection following the reflection guidelines.
     *   Notebooks must be complete and up to date till Week 6.

Miscellaneous

  1.  Verify that your course number (EPCS 1, 2, 3, or 4xx) are correct on Brightspace. (If you find any problem, please let me know.)
  2.  First time EPICS students must have completed all PDH Requirements.
