Hello guys, 

we will be having our biweekly general meeting on Thursday 3/4 at 6pm in RAWL
2079. we will be going over some updates with our projects as well as what we
learned from the meeting with chicago professional chapter. 

for those of you are new, the biweekly general meeting is schedule to last no
longer than 30 minutes usually, after which you will be working in your specific
committee on a task that needs to be done. 

since this is the first general meeting after the call out and we are
anticipating lots of new comers to come, we are going to provide ice cream
during the general meeting and make it an ice cream social before we split into
groups. 

**IMPORTANT: we are going to be registering members to the national board. the
dues will be $25 and it will last you the semester. also, we are ordering
t-shirts and therefore we need all members to provide their sizes. Please email
Alex Day @ <daya at purdue.edu> and give him your name and size. **

finally, be on the look out for the monthly newsletter that will come out before
the end of the week. if you have any comments or questions that you would like
to announce, please let me know.
