[ESW] Meeting Tonight!

Hello all,

We have a meeting tonight at 7:30 in Beering B222. Some important notes about the details of the meeting are below.

We are going to vote on a change in the club constitution to change the fifth executive board position from Events Coordinator to Outreach Coordinator. I have included an image of the proposed change so you can see it before the meeting. [cid:b2c703b2-ddb6-476a-aedd-0e3ca9e0e26a]

If that position change passes (it needs to two-thirds majority to do so), we will vote someone into the position at tonight's meeting as well. There is one person currently running for the position. For those of you who have approached me about outreach (four of you so far, as far as I can tell), I want to make it clear that you will be outreach representatives working under the person who takes this position.

As always, there will be free food and a fun meeting with much progress so please come through!
