Subject: Upcoming ESW Events and Important Information

Hey guys!

First and foremost, we need as many of you as we can get to fill out the attached form and turn it in to the BOSO office in KRCH 365 (the new building across from Windsor). Their office hours are M-F, 8-5. This goes even if you won't be driving because we need two authorized drivers in each vehicle. This form allows us to participate in events that require us to carpool such as the upcoming Winterization. Thank you!

So here's what's coming up. We have a ton of great events and don't forget you need events to meet your member requirements!

    • Wednesday , Nov. 5 - General Meeting : 7 PM in ME2061.

    •
Saturday , Nov. 1 - Eco Summit at Ball State : This is not an ESW event, but there is a carpool going on through a bunch of Sustainability Council Organizations. This is a FREE event starting at Ball State at 10 AM - 4 PM. You can check out more information here . Please email me if you are interested/can drive at osteele at purdue.edu

    •
Saturday Nov. 8 : Football Composting - Come get in free to the Purdue vs. Wisconsin game and help the Office of Sustainability compost in the South end zone. Sign up for this event here .

Saturday , Nov. 15 - Winterization : This is a service event where we head out into Lafayette and help elderly and disabled residents rake, wash windows, trim bushes, and help get their homes ready for winter. This event comes with breakfast and lunch! Please sign up here: purduewinterization.org

    •
Saturday , Nov. 15 - Purdue Volleyball vs. Northwestern : Come join us and cheer on Purdue's best team at 7 PM in Holloway Gymnasium. Purdue Volleyball has a record of 18-4 this year! Student tickets are $5. Sign up here .

    •
Friday, Nov. 21 - Wolf Howl Night : We will meet at 7 PM and carpool over and the event will be done by 9 PM. This is hosted by Wolf Park , a research park where wolf behavior is studied. You'll get to see how huge and beautiful these guys are up close and learn about the research done there. You can howl for them and they howl back. The cost is $8. Sign up here !

I'll see you all soon!
