ESE-faculty-list Open Letter: Concerns about the upcoming Presidential Lecture from C4E Building Sustainable Communities SRA

It seems that Dr. Koonin has already spoken at Purdue on June 15, 2019
(https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FY5gEwZHKI8), and previously in 2017.
Perhaps it would be a better idea to have a leading climate scientist
besides Dr. Koonin provide information on the global consensus
viewpoints and how we are running out of time to try to prevent
catastrophic climate perturbations without serious efforts to control
and reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
