"AI-POWERED ACCELERATION AND PARAMETER TUNING FOR COMPUTATIONAL MODELING”  in a collaboration between the Umulis Lab (Biomedical Engineering) and Wang Lab (Electrical and Computer Engineering). Linlin Li (Sr. Research Scientist, Umulis Lab) will start with the backgrounding concepts and previous achievements, and Shenyu Lu (Ph.D. student in Joy Wang Lab) will present recent progress and findings. Light-Sheet Fluorescence Microscopy Workshop: Advanced 3D Imaging for Biological Research
Led by Purdue Bindley Bioscience Center (with Dr. Weiwei Zhang), together with Bruker and EMBRIO Institute.

This is an excellent opportunity for EMBRIO members to have focused instruction and gain skills in this imaging modality. There are hands-on opportunities to bring your own samples.

The workshop will be held October 28-29, 2025, on the Purdue campus, with options for the first half of day one via Zoom.
