We are less than two weeks out from the EMBRIO Summer School July 8th - 10th followed by our 3rd Annual Retreat at Purdue University taking place July 11th - 12th !! These events will be hosted in the Weldon School of Biomedical Engineering. Please see the items below for preparing for the events. Presentations and Posters:
Thrust Leaders: Thank you for organizing your thrust project presentations for this event. Please find the downloadable presentation template on the Annual Retreat<https://www.purdue.edu/research/embrio/research/annual-retreat.php> page. Slide 2 of the template contains the theme for the talks, along with instructions helpful for the presentations. As we did last year, we’ll have presenters run their PowerPoints from their own laptops to best preserve graphics and videos.
Students, Postdocs, and Research Staff Presenting a Poster: Thank you for preparing your posters and a 1 min lightning talk. Please find additional information at this brief online survey to be completed by Friday, June 28th with upload of abstract and single slide poster file:

Those Traveling to Purdue:
For everyone traveling from our partners to Purdue for the Summer School and the Annual Retreat, I've been in contact with you via email to confirm your hotel needs. A departmental associate or I will be contacting you with your lodging information (you do not need to register yourself). We were able to secure a best rate for our Purdue Union Club Hotel on campus. All airport shuttles from Chicago or Indy airport to Purdue will service this location.
