The Retreat will be hosted again this year in the Weldon School of Biomedical Engineering, in Martin Jischke Hall of Biomedical Engineering at Purdue University (MJIS Location Map<https://nam04.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fgoo.gl%2Fmaps%2FVeZAMzBaZkVCZpiX9&data=05%7C01%7Cembrio-list%40ecn.purdue.edu%7C50a1d71b7df74928028208db7bd8b57b%7C4130bd397c53419cb1e58758d6d63f21%7C0%7C0%7C638239942903677787%7CUnknown%7CTWFpbGZsb3d8eyJWIjoiMC4wLjAwMDAiLCJQIjoiV2luMzIiLCJBTiI6Ik1haWwiLCJXVCI6Mn0%3D%7C3000%7C%7C%7C&sdata=vUCBbXVzi2%2Bd2wK%2Bap0c%2BUhljRCqbmuyU%2BJjVb256Oc%3D&reserved=0>) .

As previously requested, biology thrusts 1, 2, and 3 Leads are coordinating integrated presentations with collaborators. One-hour dedicated sessions are planned for each thrust. Each biology thrust leader: please plan on a 25 min presentation with your collaborators, and 5 min for Q&A.

We will feature trainee research during a dedicated poster session the afternoon of Day 1. Trainees and others presenting posters: if you have not already done so, please email me today July 3rd (laddb at purdue.edu<mailto:laddb at purdue.edu>) an abstract of your poster that includes a citation at the top with all authors (last names, first initial) and affiliations. Access the EMBRIO poster template<https://nam04.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fapp.box.com%2Fs%2Frmsiuvydlsccexzhugyjp2b5v72xlg9l&data=05%7C01%7Cembrio-list%40ecn.purdue.edu%7C50a1d71b7df74928028208db7bd8b57b%7C4130bd397c53419cb1e58758d6d63f21%7C0%7C0%7C638239942903677787%7CUnknown%7CTWFpbGZsb3d8eyJWIjoiMC4wLjAwMDAiLCJQIjoiV2luMzIiLCJBTiI6Ik1haWwiLCJXVCI6Mn0%3D%7C3000%7C%7C%7C&sdata=ExsEY3tp%2F8%2Bzgl3SUKI7evr40Ry1jw7nPf59tq3GMlI%3D&reserved=0>. Work with your PI and department to print your poster in a 36”H x 48”W format. We'll use magnetic poster boards, w/ magnets provided.

Purdue faculty mentors of SURF EMBRIO REU students: I've reached out to the students and CC'd you about them presenting a poster, or a 5 min lightning talk - whichever aligns with what they’ve chosen for their SURF symposium.
