Please note that when I bcc you on an email for a tour that a family has contacted me about, it is your responsibility to put that tour appointment in your phone/planner or however you keep track of your schedule. You will not receive a reminder from me for that appointment - that is not my responsibility and never has been.

>From now on, when I bcc you on an email for a tour, please reply back to me saying you received the email and are able to do the tour. You are assigned these tours based on the availability you entered into the tour availability spreadsheet; the spreadsheet is also updated when we receive tour requests. If you are no longer able to do a tour for a slot you signed up for, it is your responsibility to find someone to cover that tour.
