ECEA ECE Town Hall Event - REQUIRED

Hello Ambassadors,

Instead of doing ENGR 131 Presentations this semester, we have been asked to hold 3 town hall meetings for FYE students to attend. This will be a required event for everyone - please sign up for 1 of the 3 dates on the SignUpGenius website. Ambassadors and ECESS Chairs will serve as a panel for a Q&A session about the major and your experiences, as well as help hand out some SWAG items. I have listed the options below - the event is officially form 6-7PM, but we are requesting that you be there at 5:45 and potentially stay as late as 7:30 to answer questions. If you are unable to attend any of the meetings, please let me know.

Additionally, we have a new event on Tuesday, October 2nd that needs volunteers. It is an evening event so might work better with some schedules - please check the SignUpGenius page. Let me know if you have any questions.
