ECEA EVENT REQUIREMENTS UPDATE - NEW EVENTS BEING ADDED

The following will be added to ambassador events on the SignUp Genius page. With these additions, please note the following changes:

*         Ambassadors now need to sign up for 3 events total (we now have enough for each person to attend 3)

*         You may attend UP TO TWO of the lunches below (you cannot do lunches for all 3 of your events).

o   Your other event must be a presentation event, unless you have otherwise cleared it with myself, Alyssa, and Rachel

If you have any scheduling conflicts because of your course schedule, please let me know.

Hi Sarah,

I appreciate your earlier offer to help us with our needs for Ambassadors.  We would like to request 2 Ambassadors to attend our guest speaker lunches.  All of the lunches will be from 1:30-2:30 at Another Broken Egg here in Wang Hall.  Here is a list of the dates and the speakers:

3/8 David Creps, Exxon Mobile
3/22 Jim Parshall, Software Solutions for Eli Lilly
4/5 Jim Magro, Advanced Micro Devices, Inc.
4/12 Alison Lam, Cisco Systems
4/19 Sumit Vakil, Resilinc

Please let me know if you need more information or have any questions.  Feel free to pass my contact information along to the Ambassadors for any questions or concerns that they may have.  I hope we are not making too large of a request at this point in the semester.
