ECEA Fwd: Ambassador for pre-Notre Dame Game Tailgating

Ambsassdors,
I need about 3-4 people for basically a formal tailgate 2-3 hours before the notredam game. I have attached the description given to me by Kim. Please have a look and reply if your are interested asap.
Also,
I need one ambassador to give a tour on 30th september at 10:30/10:45.

Well I really don't know what the proper description is since I've never been to one but I do know that it is held 3 hours before each game and that it is held in the PMU ballrooms. They will be sitting with alumni and their faculty hosts who had received the Outstanding Electrical and Computer Engineering Awards the night before. It is a time to eat, talk and then the president speaks and it lasts about 2 hours.

Mihir,
It is an event that takes place 3 hours before each game in the PMU Ballrooms. It is basically a big formal tailgate. Margarita thought that she had requested ambassadors to participate in it.
