Ambassadors, (also - who is signed up for Fall Preview Day on Friday?)

How signed up for Saturday? I need to get in touch with you ASAP because it isn't the football game that you will be attending. It is an ECE table in the Armstrong Hall atrium prior to the game. Whatever we are going to display at the table needs to be set up by 8:45am & then people need to be at the table from 9-11am.

We need to talk about what will be displayed and make sure you have a way to get it there and a place to put it afterwards. 

On Friday I will be out of the office all morning. I will be reachable 1-2:30pm and 4-5pm in my office.

ECEA Members:

Due to the short notice and low attendance at tonight meeting, Dr. Johnson suggested that we meet again next week.

We'll discuss events for early November that need to be filled.

Additionally, it has been suggested that we create a list of "on call" ECEA members who can give tours to perspective students and their families that come to the ECE department on their own, ie not part of Fall Preview days. The plan is to compile a short list with phone numbers and times when each ambassador is typically available for the ECE undergraduate office.
