ECEA Thank you notes

Hello ambassadors,

As I mentioned before, the Development Office has requested our help in writing and sending out personal thank you notes to our donors. If you've already picked up your cards and envelopes at last night's meeting, please find instructions below. If you missed the meeting, please contact me about getting your notes to fill out this week.

Instructions:
- please write legibly, use black or blue pen
- write the following message on the card, small variations are ok but make sure it's still along the same lines and still grammatically correct:

Thank you for your support of ECE. Your giving truly makes a difference!

- sign with your name, degree and expected graduation year if know (I.e. John Doe, BSEE 2012)
- insert card in an envelope, but do NOT seal (if you run short on envelopes, leave extra cards without, we can insert them in an envelope before sending)
- turn in your cards to Carrie when you're done, preferably within a week
