ECEA : Information Needed

Ambassadors,

I am sending this to both the list and direct emails because I know there were a
few returning Ambassadors not on the list and I want to make sure everyone gets
this email. Thus, if you get it twice, I am sorry. 

I need a little information from each of you:
  1. The name you want to appear on your Nametag*
  2. Do you currently have a polo?
  3. Do you currently have a button-down?
  4. Your shirt size**
  5. Ladies or mens cut on shirt 
  6. Your phone number
  7. Is it ok to share your phone number with the other Ambassadors?

* This may be different than the name you put on your application (For instance,
my resume says Catherine Strickland so I wanted that on my name tag, even though
I go by Cathy or Cat most of the time.)
** If you want to try on some shirts, stop by EE 116, introduce yourself to
Carrie as a new Ambassador and ask her if you can try on a couple shirts to
confirm you get the right size. 

If possible, please send me this information by the end of the day today
(Friday, Sep 4) as we would like to get your name tags (and shirts for those who
have not yet received them) ordered in time for you to have them during the
events happening over IR week (1.5 weeks from now).
