[Che-student-staff-list] Winter Break (Dec. 22-Jan. 1)

Dear All,
With the winter recess/university holidays coming up, please be sure to complete any preparations you may need as all university offices except essential services will be closed.
For biweekly staff, be sure to submit the needed SuccessFactors leave requests (Other Leave w/ Pay for the winter recess dates) and that your supervisor has them approved before EoD Monday, Dec. 18, 2023. For specifics or help, contact the ChE Business Office.

Following normal winter break procedure, the entire building will be on standby with essential operations only. With this, all doors with swipe readers will be switched to controlled status during the entire winter break. This will start at 5:00 p.m. on Dec. 21, 2023 and they will remain in controlled status until 4:00 a.m. on January 2, 2023. While in controlled status, doors will require a valid PUID card that has been granted access to that particular door. In anticipation for this, I highly advise that you check your access is currently working (e.g. building doors, specific lab doors, etc.) if you plan to be in the building during the winter break. Should you need access, please contact our Main Office (Cc'ed) for assistance before 4:30 p.m. on Dec. 21, 2023.
