All - My apologies on the 1st email since I received a call from the electrical shop and didn't finish before sending. The cooling down will be gradual since the unit is not running. They are expecting the motor will arrive
hopefully right after lunch. Thanks.

Subject: Addition side air flow

BE ADVISED -  The air handler that supplies air to parts of the basement , ground , 1st and 2nd floors on the addition side is not operating due to the 50 HP motor failing. They have ordered a replacement and are waiting for it to arrive today so they may install and have the unit running again as soon as possible. The fume hoods are still operational which will make doors harder to open and close due to the unbalance of the air flow. The temperature may have risen since they needed to close the outside air intakes to keep the unit from freezing up but when the temp outside gets above 40  degrees they will adjust them to allow air in to starting cooling
down again which will be a gr Please take any necessary precautions needed to protect your equipment and research. I will let you know the status when I am informed. Thanks.
