Dear colleagues:

I am very pleased to announce that Julayne Moser will assume the role of Administrator for the Professional Master's Program (PMP) beginning October 25, 2021.  Julayne brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our School, having been in a variety of positions over the past several years at Purdue.  She served as Director of Graduate Programs in the School of Mechanical Engineering from 2006 to 2018, with responsibilities including oversight of the thesis MS, combined BS/MS, PhD/Direct PhD, and online MS programs.  In 2018, Julayne transitioned to Purdue Engineering Online, assuming the role of Director of Academic Affairs.  In this position, she managed both the online MS program in Interdisciplinary Engineering and the graduate certificate program.  After a reorganization of Purdue Online in 2020, Julayne most recently has been managing online programs in Purdue Polytechnic, most notably the Online Doctorate of Technology (DTech) offering.

In addition to these positions at Purdue, Julayne has been very active in the American Association for Engineering Education (ASEE) over the past 20 years, including a position on the Board of Directors from 2016 to 2019.  In recognition of her support of ASEE, she was the recipient of the Joseph M. Biedenbach Award for Distinguished Service in 2019.

Please join me in welcoming Julayne to our Graduate Office, where she will work closely with Beverly Johnson and Robin Waling.
