Subject: Interior Window Cleaning


Hello Jeff,

Building Services plans to provide INTERIOR cleaning of EXTERIOR windows, as our resources allow. FRNY is next building in our list, and we would like to start there in the next day or two, possibly Monday morning (9/24/18). We will start on the top floor and will work our way around to the rooms that have exterior windows, and move to the next floor down until we complete the building.

This should include all rooms that have blinds, or windows to the outside. It does not include things like door glass, or interior walls made of glass. The cleaning will take place between the hours of 5:00 AM and 1:30 PM, Monday - Friday. The door to each room will be left as we find it: if locked, we will lock it again when we leave. If unlocked, we will leave it unlocked.

If you could please have all items removed from the windowsills that would be very much appreciated. We cannot clean windows that have obstacles in front of the glass. If our crewmembers arrive to clean a window and the occupant does not want them cleaned, we will pass on to the next room. Will you notify the building occupants please so they will be prepared for our visit?

This will take more than one day to complete the building.
