This is a reminder that we will be having the first webinar of the semester on Monday from 12:30-1:30 in FRNY 3059.  If you are interested in attending, please indicate your interest by tomorrow at noon so that we can have a proper headcount for ordering food.  You're still welcome to come if you sign up late, but we may not have enough food for you.

Hi Everyone,


Next Monday we will be having the first ChESS webinar of the semester.  We will be viewing an ACS webinar titled "How to Create a Safer and More Sustainable Lab Through Green Chemistry".  We will first view the webinar before having a discussion about the ways in which we can work to apply the principles of Green Chemistry to our labs.  Casey Jones, the GSO Sustainability Chair, will help lead the discussion.  Coffee and bagels will be provided (bring your reusable mugs), so please state your interest at the link below so we can get a better idea of how many people to order food for:

The webinar will be held in FRNY 3059 from 12:30-1:30 on November 13th.  Please pass this message along to undergraduates that work in your labs, we feel it would be beneficial to include them in the discussion as well. Let me know if you have any questions.
