Please find attached the Hazard Assessment Certification for working in FRNY offices; when completing the self-audit forms for offices, the answer for section 6.2-6.4 should be "Yes".
I keep the original document in my office (FRNY G041D), with the safety records for our School, and I attach this document for your information.
