[Che-student-staff-list] Aspen license status

Good afternoon,

The new license for Aspen is ready but can't be installed until tomorrow (it's not active until 9/17) - so new sessions of Aspen won't be able to be launched until about 8am tomorrow morning.  I believe current sessions will continue to function but can't guarantee it.
