[Che-student-staff-list] Queue for Building Related Issues

Dear Colleagues,



We are implementing a queue system for keeping track of building related items. From now on, please send all your issues related to the building to frnybldg at purdue.edu<mailto:frnybldg at purdue.edu>. This email is for all the items you would normally send to me or Jeff such as building maintenance, furniture moves, work orders, cleaning and temperature change requests. We plan to operate the building maintenance queue in a similar way as the computer queue, so please follow all verbal requests with an email to frnybldg at purdue.edu<mailto:frnybldg at purdue.edu>.



This is a phased release; the staff started to use this email system at the beginning of February, now the graduate students and faculty are asked to start using this system. Jeff and I will both monitor this queue and we'll be able to track the requests we receive and how to address them best.
