[Che-student-staff-list] Purdue Chemical Hygiene Plan update

Hello Everyone,

Over the last few months, REM revised and reorganized the Purdue Chemical Hygiene Plan (CHP). During the 2014 Annual Safety Chair Meeting on Wednesday, March 5, REM announced that the new document "Purdue Chemical Hygiene Plan and Hazardous Materials Safety Manual" is posted online on REM's website and is replacing the old CHP effective immediately. The new CHP is a more structured, informative and prescriptive document. It is a template that needs to be personalized for every lab. Please follow the link below to read this new document.

All ChE laboratories are required to keep an up to date, work-area specific CHP, that needs to be revised and updated annually. Please replace your old lab specific CHPs with the new version of this document, personalized for your own lab.
