[Che-student-staff-list] New Communications Specialist for our School

Dear Colleagues,



I am pleased to introduce our newest staff member - Kay Hagen, as the Communications Specialist for the School of Chemical Engineering. Her responsibilities include newsletters, brochures, website updates, building display cases, annual report, posters, the yet to be installed touch screen/Kiosk, and any other marketing materials our School needs. She will also be responsible for the communications part of ChE 435 - the senior design laboratory.



Kay comes with great experience in communications. She worked as Communications Coordinator in the College of Veterinary Medicine from 2006 to 2011; prior to that she was a news writer for Purdue, focusing on Extension Offices for four years. Most recently she has worked as an independent graphic designer. Kay comes to us with great design and marketing experience and has built an impressive portfolio of articles, publications and displays.



Kay started in our School this Monday, her position is half time and her office hours will be Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday from 8.30 am to 2.30 pm. You can find her in FRNY 1027 or via email at kjh at purdue.edu<mailto:kjh at purdue.edu>.
